The Coola Mineral Face Matte Sunscreen* (CAD 48) claims to be lightweight, silky, and provides a matte base, making it perfect for normal to oily skin. The formula is free of skin-irritants and will not clog pores. In addition to rose hip oil and shea butter, other skin-loving ingredients are in this sunscreen’s formula .
There is no gluten or oxybenzone in this sunscreen’s formula. It is also vegan, TSA-friendly, cruelty-free, and water resistant for up to 40 minutes. Furthermore, this formula is marked with the Clean at Sephora seal, which means that it’s made with cleaner and purer ingredients.
Packaging
The Coola Mineral Face Matte is in a squeeze tube, making it easy to control how much product you dispense. I absolutely love the vibrant and fun packaging – it really embodies the definition of summer!
There is 1.7 fl oz (50 mL) of product in one tube.
Product
True to its claims, the Coola Mineral Face Matte keeps the face matte for majority of the day. Regardless of how many times I reapplied this throughout the day, the oils on my skin were kept at a minimal. It’s super lightweight and has a very silky texture that actually helps smooth out the skin. Best of all, it’s not greasy or oily whatsoever!
This product sits extremely well under makeup and is actually an amazing skin-smoothing and mattifying primer. It doesn’t chunk up like some other pore-filling primers do nor does it start feeling heavy or cakey later on in the day.
I highly HIGHLY recommend this sunscreen to everybody on Earth! No matter what the weather’s like outside, it’s imperative to apply sunscreen before you head out to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays.
