Ya’ll know how much I love to glow in the summer, so here’s another post dedicated to glowing skin! Ever since I discovered highlighters in the makeup world, I’ve been on the hunt for that one highlighter that’ll make my skin look wet. I have never found one that makes my skin glow like I’ve been swimming in the ocean. This is until I tried the new Pixi Beauty Glow-y Gossamer Duos!

CLAIMS
The Pixi Glow-y Gossamer Duos (US $18) are said to be super soft and silky with a creamy skin-like texture. These have a perfect amount of pigment that looks natural in any lighting to create a lit-from-within glow.
These highlighters are infused with vitamins and diamond powder. They are also paraben free, fragrance free, and are not tested on animals.
PACKAGING
The Pixi Beauty Glow-y Gossamer Duos come in sturdy plastic packaging with a transparent lid that closes sturdily with a snap. I have always loved Pixi packaging because of their simple and elegant designs, and the packaging of these duos is no different. The bottom of the compact is the colour of Pixi’s signature green, and the clear lid has a simple copper-gold frame printed around the edges.
Each duo has 8.3 g (0.29 oz) of product.
PRODUCT
To say that these duos have become my favourite drugstore highlighters (and one of my holy grail highlighters of all-time) is the understatement of the year. These are SO INCREDIBLY GOOD – pigmented, smooth, creamy, buttery… I could keep going and going about just how amazing these highlighters are.
Delicate Dew 
Subtle Sunrise
These last all day on the skin with minimal fading. They have zero glitter and apply so smoothly to the skin without emphasizing any fine lines, wrinkles, and texture. The highlighter’s formula is so blinding, yet so natural on the skin – this duo is the exact definition of dewy wet skin.
There are two shades available: Delicate Dew and Subtle Sunrise. Subtle Sunrise has more pinky tones while Delicate Dew is more champagne-y gold.
Do I even need to reiterate how much I love these duos? Besides their amazing formula, they are also affordable and can be found at select drugstores like Target and Shoppers Drug Mart. If you love a natural but blinding glow, I highly recommend getting your hands on one (or both) of these!
