Tarte Mermaid Skin Hyaluronic H2O Serum (CAD $55)
This is my favourite hyaluronic acid I’ve tried mainly because it is not sticky whatsoever when applied to the skin. My face feels extremely hydrated and smooth immediately after application, and in the morning, my skin feels and looks plumper.
Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter (CAD $46)
Becca highlighters are my favourite on the market because of how creamy, pigmented, and intense they are. If you’re looking to glow to outerspace, these highlighters are right for you! My personal favourites are Champagne Pop and Opal.
Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops (CAD $52)
At $52 for 15 mL, this is definitely pricey, so I recommend picking this up during the sale to save some money. Use these alone for an extreme glow or mix it into your foundation for a glowy complexion. For my full review on the Custom Enhancer Drops, click here.
Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Setting Powder (CAD $45)
I discovered this setting powder at the beginning of the summer, and it has seriously changed my life! It mattifies my combination skin without making it look flat and chalkboard-like. This provides a bit of coverage to the skin, so unfortunately, I wouldn’t say it’s right for all skin tones.
Caudalie Vinoperfect Glycolic Brightening Essence (CAD $50)
I’ve been using this toner non-stop since I got it two months back, and I don’t see it going anywhere anytime soon. It smells like a spa, and really does help brighten the complexion. If you’re interested in my full review on this essence, click here.
First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads (CAD $37)
Another holy grail toning product that I use every night are these facial pads. They really smooth out the skin and leave it glowing and hydrated. I notice that it helps reduce the texture I have on my skin after only one week’s use.
Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray (CAD $40)
This setting spray has changed my makeup game, and I will NEVER be without it. My makeup last all day with minimal fading and creasing. I’ve also noticed that my oils don’t peak through my makeup as fast as it did when I didn’t use this setting spray.
Marc Jacobs Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer Lipgloss (CAD $35)
One of my favourite gloss formulas ever, these MJ lipglosses are not sticky and have just the right amount of pigment with an intense amount of shine! An added bonus is the minty scent they have (but they aren’t minty on the lips). My favourite shade is definitely Sugar Sugar. Too Faced Just Peachy Velvet Matte Eyeshadow Palette (CAD $55)
This is my must-have palette for the fall! It has 11 extremely creamy and smooth matte shadows and 1 insanely gorgeous satin shadow. These shadows blend so smoothly together to create the perfect warm eye looks for the colder seasons.
That’s it for my Sephora VIB sale recommendations! What do you recommend or have purchased from this season’s Sephora Beauty Insider Appreciation Event? I’d love to know, and maybe even pick up some of your recommendations!
